Med Synchronization, also called Med Sync, is a program we offer to help coordinate your medication refills so that you will be able to pick up all of your medications at the same time, on a day that works for your schedule.

By enrolling in the SyncRx Program, you request West TN Pharms to synchronize each of your prescriptions and refills them each month to be ready for you on your SyncRx refill date. In addition, you request any new medication to be filled with the number of doses to match up with your SyncRx refill date.

In return, we promise you a personalized phone call from a pharmacist each month to review your medications so that we only fill what you need and so that your refills are ready when you are. Remember, we will contact your prescriber to obtain refills in advance -- no worry, no wait!
